Thread Guy

Yes. What's up, man? How are you?

Orangie

Good.

Thread Guy

It's good to see you, man. Thanks for joining. I don't think you've come on the stream before.

Orangie

I have not. It's my first time.

Thread Guy

That's awesome. Welcome, man. You look good, dude.

Orangie

Thank you.

Thread Guy

You look good. I saw the progress picture you posted yesterday. You genuinely look good.

Orangie

Working on it, bro. Trying to get like you.

Thread Guy

What's the—yeah, how's that been? What's the routine?

Orangie

The routine? Well, I uprooted my life and moved to L.A. to do the Zella fitness challenge with Ilia. I don't know.

Thread Guy

No, I don't know what that is.

Orangie

Then I moved back to Miami, and now I'm just—he's the guy who transformed David Dori. He does these crazy transformations, and I've been working with him. I'm going back and forth between L.A. and Miami every week. I'm in L.A. right now.

Thread Guy

Oh, baby. I'll see you. That's awesome, dude. You look good, man. It's honestly sick to see.

You're joining at a weird time in the market. Sentiment is in the trenches, on-chain volume is at an ATH, but I think some of the on-chain stuff is the most interesting that we could cover. I guess to start, you have a lot of motion and a lot of people follow you, especially on the meme stuff. What is your general directional bias and overall view on where the market is right now, especially on some of the more zoomed-in on-chain stuff?

Orangie

To be honest, bro, I feel like crypto's been pretty dead for months. It's kind of becoming the same couple thousand people PvPing each other every day, and then we get a few decent narratives a month and PvP even harder on them to zero.

I think the South Park one was a pretty good example. It's pretty clear that last year, that would've gone to 100 million. I don't know if you agree, but it was a pretty free narrative, I feel like, and it topped at 7 million.

Thread Guy

Damn. It topped at 7 million?

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

Wow.

Orangie

In my opinion, that's a 100 million runner from last year. Same as KitKat, maybe. It's pretty clear, and I see it through my YouTube views as well. I used to have YouTube videos pulling 500,000 views for memecoins, and now they're pulling 50,000 views, if that.

We're definitely at the lower end. We're the last people left when it comes to memecoins. I don't think that means it's over, because there are obviously really good opportunities that come up, and normies want to get a piece of that pie as well.

You have Aster, or whenever there's a hot new chain around, there's always memes to trade on it. I'm sure we'll see a Monad runner and maybe some Abstract runners once they actually launch. Plenty of opportunities are always going to come. That's my current outlook on the Solana trenches.

Thread Guy

7 million is crazy. You know what's even crazier? I didn't even open my computer for that. I didn't even think to myself that I should trade this, which is crazy because—

Orangie

It felt pretty free to me, to be honest.

Thread Guy

Did you make money on it or no?

Orangie

I made like 25K on it. I papered it, but—

Thread Guy

That's nice. That's a trade.

It's unfortunate. Here's what I'm curious about at a higher level for you: you sit in an interesting spot where you have some mainstream internet motion. You can float between—I know you as Orangie, the crypto guy. Obviously, a lot of people know you as Orangie, the gamer, the Fortnite person prior to this. A lot of people know you as Orangie.

You sit adjacent to the TJRs, the Bread, and the Internet Money stuff. Do you still believe in crypto's long-term outlook?

Orangie

Yeah, bro. I think this is the only industry I'd want to be a part of. Anything I build, I want it to be here. I've already made such a big name for myself here, and this industry has bailed me out time and time again, whether it was Dookey Dash or memecoins. Why would I go anywhere else? It would be so hard to restart from zero, and this is the only place where crazy [__] happens overnight.

Thread Guy

Yeah, fair. I like the metric of social views. I always use my Twitter engagement as a way to tell how active things are. YouTube is a good bar because I don't really have motion on YouTube. How has it evolved?

Orangie

We've gone from people everyone wanted to be early on to the BullX, Axiom, and Padre refs or whatever. There used to be hundreds of YouTubers making memecoin tutorials, and now I look up memecoins on YouTube and see the same five people. It's me, Ethan Prosper, Alex Choy, Antoine, and Call It That.

Thread Guy

I don't even know any of the people you just listed.

Orangie

That's crazy.

Thread Guy

Is it? Who? Wait, who did you just say?

Orangie

Alex Choy, Ethan Prosper, Handsome Finance. It's pretty much everyone making memecoin videos. When you look up memecoins, that's what you see. You get what I'm saying?

Thread Guy

And how are your views? Have they been cut in half?

Orangie

They've been way less than half. At the peak, when the Trump coin came out, it was 500,000 or 400,000 views. Now it's 50,000, if that.

Thread Guy

Whoa. Damn. You were getting 500,000? This one has 300,000 views: “Beginner's Guide to Meme Trading: 25 Free Course.”

Orangie

Yeah, that one's pretty recent too.

Thread Guy

Five months ago, it had 250,000 views.

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

What does your trading setup look like right now? What are you doing all day from a market perspective? That's what I really want to know.

Orangie

From a market perspective, I'll log on and see what's graduated. That's a really good question, bro. Whenever I'm on my PC, I'll have my trading platform open with the sound notifications on. I take a look at everything that migrates.

There's really nothing that interests me in buying. It has to be really, really good.

Thread Guy

How many hours a day do you think?

Orangie

I'm on my computer pretty often. Even right now, I have my trading platform open, and if something migrates, I'll see it. But there's nothing worth buying.

Thread Guy

What's your trading platform?

Orangie

I'm on Padre right now.

Thread Guy

Do you have a deal with them, or—

Orangie

No, I'm working on something with Pump.fun.

Thread Guy

Oh, really?

Orangie

Yeah. I've always wanted to do cool stuff with Pump.

Thread Guy

Okay, this is one thing I always think about with the die-hard memecoin traders. I would consider myself a memecoin trader, but not as much. A lot of them have left, started trading perps, or gone to other spaces.

Do you feel like there's a sunk-cost fallacy in memecoins? You've done it for so long and made a lot of money trading memecoins. Do you feel attached to it—that it has to come back on Sol or on-chain—and reluctant to pivot, or no?

Orangie

Not on Sol, but on-chain, yeah. I'll definitely pivot onto whatever's next. I've always done it in my entire career, but I feel like on-chain is something that'll never die.

Memecoins are a different question, but there are always going to be different narratives that you can catch in crypto. Aster wasn't a memecoin, but it was a clear layup to anyone who's in this little corner of our world.

Thread Guy

I think the on-chain crew nailed Aster too. A lot of the people I think are adjacent to you—the Cordies of the world, the Cookers of the world—that's what people [__] cooked.

We glorified Trump a lot, but I missed it. A lot of people in my chat missed it. Aster was like a 20x on about as much size as you could have.

Orangie

Yeah, and that brought tons of other 20Xs too. 4 was a very clear layup. Giggle—there were a lot of them. BNB got a lot of attention, and this is going to continue happening. It's just not always going to be on Solana.

You kind of just have to sit around, be patient, and not lose all your money until it's a good time to trade. CCM was only last month, right? That was literally one second. One second.

Thread Guy

Damn, that's commotion.

Orangie

CCM was literally in September. The whole Bagar[?], 260 million, was only a month and a half ago. A few weeks ago was the whole Aster and BNB trenches. It's crazy that we can have a few weeks of dead time and people are like, “It's over,” when it's really not.

Thread Guy

The thing about CCM only being a month ago is that I feel like most people left CCM more burnt out and bearish on crypto than before it started.

Orangie

Like I actually sucked the life out of people a little bit. The CCM stuff— a lot of people got rinsed on it, but it’s just trial and error with all these new metas, you know? A lot of people got rinsed on Launchcoin. I heard you talking about that on stream as well. People are going to get rinsed on everything.

Thread Guy

The problem with the BNB stuff is, if you didn’t hit, there were a couple things you could have really made money on. You could have printed on Aster. You could have printed on Binance. Binance Live was crazy. There were a couple things you really could have printed on.

I think most people who were reluctant at first and then bridged over there with a lot of size only had a week. You had a week, and if you held anything longer than that, you got rinsed again. It’s another one of these mini metas. I think anytime there’s a mini meta, most people leave more bear-pilled than when it started. Did you leave BNB in profit or no?

Orangie

Break-even.

Thread Guy

Break-even? Up in profit?

Orangie

So, pretty much break-even.

Thread Guy

How much did you round-trip?

Orangie

Like $70K.

Thread Guy

Yeah, that’s brutal.

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

That’s brutal. I don’t know if you saw the GIGGLE thing when they tweeted it, and then CoinGecko was like, “Oh, it’s not an official token.” The whole candle was eliminated. This happened like 2 days ago.

Do you still hold Aster?

Orangie

I don’t. No, I do not.

Thread Guy

What do you think about when CZ tweets that he just bought like $2M of Aster, it candles, and then it just retraces the whole move?

Orangie

I look at it as the same thing as a memecoin catalyst. We have tons of memecoins that would have a crazy spike. I don’t know, bro. I’m not really a long-term holder in anything. The only things I hold are Bitcoin, ETH, Solana, and PENGU. That’s literally all I’ve held almost this entire cycle.

Thread Guy

You hold PENGU right now?

Orangie

I do hold PENGU right now. Yeah.

Thread Guy

It looks okay, doesn’t it? Maybe.

Orangie

I haven’t checked. I don’t check, to be honest.

Thread Guy

Should I check? Oh, yeah. Maybe don’t.

Orangie

Yeah. Yeah, maybe don’t on that one right now.

Thread Guy

Do you hold Pump? What do you think about Pump?

Orangie

Oh, I do hold Pump. Yeah, I forgot about that. I think Pump’s the greatest crypto platform—not obviously the greatest crypto platform ever—but they’ve been the best this cycle. They make a lot of revenue, and it’s the same thing with Hyperliquid, bro. They’re doing these insane buybacks. I’m very bullish on HYPE as well.

I just don’t hold any because I’ve got to really size into something that’s so high, and I’m not very familiar with that niche. I’m familiar with Pump.

Thread Guy

The thing that’s so crazy about Pump—I’m looking at fees.pump.fun. Credible website. Every single day: $1.4M, $1.4M, $1.5M, $1.4M, $1.4M, $1.4M, $1M, $900K, $1.1M, $1.2M, $1.1M, $1.2M, $1M. How is Pump making $1M a day? Bro, how?

Orangie

Yeah, dude. There are a lot of tokens being deployed. People are trying. Bro, you understand? People are making more money deploying tokens than they are trading tokens. That’s one of the biggest problems right now.

It’s so lucrative right now to dev tokens. If I was starting from zero right now, I would be devving. There’s no reason for me to be trading. That’s one of the main problems.

Thread Guy

Do you have a rough idea of how much these deployers are making on, like, $1M?

Orangie

The deployer of the South Park coin made $7M. No, sorry, sorry—$300K.

Thread Guy

And it went to $7M.

Orangie

It went to $7M. Bro, you can make a lot of money. You can make $1,000 off your token going to—I don’t know what the exact number is, but it’s not very high. Pump.fun creator fees are a lot.

Thread Guy

So, basically, all the Pump revenue right now is just from deployers buying deployed tokens and sharing that back and forth?

Orangie

Yeah, pretty much. Obviously, not all of it, but yeah.

Thread Guy

Can you explain the state of the trader-turned-deployer pipeline? I feel like I’m so anti a lot of the on-chain trenches stuff that I’m just not paying attention to it.

Orangie

I’m not super familiar with it, but obviously I’ve seen it on the timeline. I watch streamers as well. I know a few of them have UGENTO[?] and Rapid Launch on their other monitor, ready to deploy something.

A lot of these guys are just deploying tweets, really. To me, that’s always been like, whatever—somebody is going to deploy it. I personally don’t care, dude. I think it’s more AIDS when people are buying the whole supply of something than deploying it.

But in both scenarios, if the token was really good enough in the first place to go past $100K or whatever the case may be—and this is super low—it’s going to go there anyway. It doesn’t matter who the dev is or anything.

Look at Crunch. I don’t know if you’ve heard of him.

Thread Guy

No, who is that?

Orangie

He has a couple hundred tokens that migrated on Pump. He’s a really well-known Pump.fun dev. He’s 17 years old, and he made $1M devving tokens. It’s a super insane story. I actually onboarded him, and he became a super well-known deployer.

It’s not like he’s rugging [__]. He’s just deploying tweets—narrative tweets, you know?

Thread Guy

Like Elon makes a tweet, kind of thing?

Orangie

Exactly. Yeah.

Thread Guy

He’s deployed 200 tokens.

Orangie

No, that’s the amount that migrated. He’s probably deployed a lot more than that.

Thread Guy

Guap said he has 200K deploys.

Orangie

Yeah, probably on the wrong one.

Thread Guy

A lot of people who don’t trade on-chain don’t even know this side of the world exists. What’s your take on the ethics of deploying in 2025, and how has that changed? In the 2021 cycle, and even early 2023 and early 2024, deploying as a public figure—or even as someone with any followers whatsoever—was so frowned upon. You couldn’t come out and say you were deploying.

Orangie

To be honest, I wasn’t super around back then, enough to where I would care. Honestly, I still don’t really care. Becker deployed a coin, and I feel like we just had the streamer coin.

Thread Guy

Yeah, streamer coin.

Orangie

Okay. I’ve just personally never cared, to be honest. You think somebody’s got to make the coins for me to trade, so more opportunities are good. Good opportunities come from good people deploying. I just don’t care. Everything is going to go to zero anyway when it comes to memecoins.

Thread Guy

CT has the attention span of a day, so people forget. Are there deployers of note where, if they deploy something, you’re instantly bidding the dev?

Orangie

Are you kidding me? The Fartcoin dev pumps like every week that there’s something decent from the Grok LLM.

Thread Guy

How much do you think the Fartcoin dev has made deploying?

Orangie

I went over this. He’s made, I think, over $3M on his devs.

Thread Guy

Just, like, making bank?

Orangie

Yeah. He made $600K last month, I think.

Thread Guy

Are you serious?

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

And he just keeps deploying over and over and over again.

Orangie

Well, he’ll pump AI stuff or fart stuff or ass stuff—things that make sense for the Fartcoin deployer to dev.

Thread Guy

You sit adjacent to a bunch of different verticals, so I think you have an interesting insight. Where do you think all the young, sharp internet kids on the come-up are going right now? Is it crypto or other things? What are they focusing on—the latest high school internet kids?

Orangie

There’s a lot of opportunity for something to come in and take it because a lot of these kids are lost right now. I see it because they’ll binge-watch all these different gurus and all these different niches and try a little bit of everything.

I know some people right now who are going into AI OnlyFans models. Clipping has been really big, but there’s kind of a cap on how much you can really make with that. Some people are trying the memecoin stuff, but it’s pretty late in the game for them.

A lot of people are trying trading. You’d be surprised. TJR onboards a lot of people into his program and into his thing. A lot of people want to do day trading. Trading in general just seems so cool to everyone. Bro, in 10 years, everyone’s just going to be a trader.

Thread Guy

I actually think that’s going to come true. I actually think TJR has done a lot for it. The day-trading thing has gotten so much more normalized. Remember when I was trying to learn how to day trade?

Even like 10 years ago, maybe a little less—8 years ago—when I was trying to learn how to trade options, when I was, like, 15 or 16, it was really hard to find. There was no one young and cool who was promoting it.

Orangie

TJR, I think, unironically has onboarded a lot of people. He’s coming on tomorrow. I think he’s onboarded a lot of people to the markets.

Thread Guy

Yeah. Bro, could you imagine how much hotter things would be if we had a bunch of memes? Nobody ever really tried the memecoin stuff—the TJR angle with the trenches—back when everything was popping. That could have gone a long way.

This is just a statistic that I saw—I think Alan tweeted it or told me this—but the Trump coin had onboarded 700,000 people, or maybe 800,000 people. On referrals alone, I had a million people onboarding to different trading platforms. If we just had a couple of people who were trying to grow big on social media and YouTube and really push it to the normie world, things could have gone so much wilder. They still can.

I mean, this is how making memecoin content—or even on-chain content, for that matter—

Orangie

You had a million people on your referral links?

Thread Guy

Yeah.

Orangie

How much have you made all-time on referral links?

Thread Guy

A lot of money. It was crazy. It was nuts. It was nuts. Moonshot was the biggest finance app in the App Store for a bit after Trump coin.

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

I never touched it.

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

Well, it really wasn’t for you to touch, you know what I mean?

Orangie

Yeah. It was very for me.

Thread Guy

Yeah.

What do you think about prediction markets for these new internet people? Do you think Polymarket, Kalshi, and these prediction markets hit that genre of internet hustler, or is it a miss?

Orangie

It can, but it’s too gambly right now. People want to feel like they have a chance at it. With prediction markets, maybe you can tail some potential insider wallets. Maybe you can do some research and find something that’s undervalued, but nothing hits like getting 100x. That’s what people are looking for.

Honestly, bro, people are just looking for the quickest way to get rich. You look at YouTube views, and the most-viewed entrepreneur videos are the “how to get rich quick” ones. People want to get rich quick.

Thread Guy

Who do you think is teaching the best way to get rich quick? What niches do you think people are actually doing it in? Who’s doing it?

Orangie

People look at trading like a get-rich-quick thing. I want to say the TJR guys and PB Trading [?]—these guys are onboarding a lot of people on how to trade.

Thread Guy

Dude, I think it is trading, by the way.

Orangie

It is trading, yeah. I really think it just flows back to trading.

Thread Guy

It does. That’s why I’m so bullish on crypto, because everybody is going to want to be a trader, bro. I think this is the best industry to be in. You have really good opportunities to be early, way before anyone else—things that you don’t really get in the stock world, you know?

Are you interested in trading other—

Orangie

Go ahead. Go ahead.

Thread Guy

No, I’m not.

Orangie

You’re not interested in trading anything else other than memecoins?

Thread Guy

Oh, yeah. No, I mean, I trade crypto, but I hold spot stocks. I wouldn’t be in—

Orangie

How much do you focus on stocks?

Thread Guy

I don’t focus on them at all. I just buy the things I like.

Orangie

You buy—

Thread Guy

Like Tesla, Microsoft, Facebook, Meta.

Orangie

Damn. I don’t hold a single dollar in stocks. Is that crazy?

Thread Guy

Really?

Orangie

No.

Thread Guy

I feel like I’m really bullish on where the future is going with AI and tech in general. I’m a big Meta and Tesla bull, but I had a lot of S&P as well.

How active are your goats? Your on-chain trading goats? How active are they right now, and how do you think they’re doing performance-wise compared to where they were in 2024?

Orangie

I’ve been the OG Cupsey glazer, and I would continue to be, because I think generally he’s just got more drive than anyone else. He’s still the most active trader on-chain and—

Thread Guy

Yeah.

Orangie

Obviously, he’s still very successful.

Thread Guy

How is his P&L?

Orangie

I don’t know. I don’t know. But I know he made 600K on BNB, I think, so I’m assuming he had a 1M month last month. I don’t know. I’m just assuming.

Thread Guy

You are a D1 Cupsey glazer.

Orangie

I’m the OG, bro. I’m the one who really got everyone to know him because of a lot of my content.

Thread Guy

You think you put him on?

Orangie

Not like that. He put himself on, but I think I got a lot of eyes on him, and he would agree.

Thread Guy

His streams are still pretty big.

Orangie

I don’t think he streams anymore, but, yeah, they’re pretty big when he does.

Thread Guy

Damn. Do you think crypto YouTube content is completely cooked—

Orangie

As of right now.

Thread Guy

What do you think it would take to bring it back? Do you think you’re going to be able to steward that new wave? It’s kind of missing that TJR figure, if you will, to bring back the quality stuff and steward it to the mainstream. Do you think you’d be able to do that?

Orangie

Probably not, bro. It’s not up to me. I think—okay, look, I think there’s one last final thing that could really maybe spark something up. If the Pump.fun airdrop is good enough to bring a lot of people back and there are a lot of incentives to actually want to trade, I think that could bring back maybe one final run on Solana. But—

Thread Guy

Other than that, how good do you think the Pump.fun airdrop has to be? How much money do wallets like yours, Cupsey’s, Profits’, and all these people have to get from Pump.fun for it to be—

Orangie

Those aren’t really the wallets that need to get as much, because the Miis, the Cupseys, and the Profits are going to come back either way. You need to give a lot back to the people who got really rinsed or weren’t trading too much.

Obviously, I would like a good amount, and all these really high-value wallets probably should get a good amount, but you need to give a lot back to the community and the people who are actually going to come back and trade because they have this extra disposable income. Cupsey is going to trade either way.

Thread Guy

The honest take on this is that anytime there’s an expected airdrop where people have EV calculations in their head about how much they need to get, it just never happens. I’m not doubting Pump.fun. I think if anyone could do it, Pump.fun could figure out how to do it. But the chances that the trenches are dead unless Pump.fun does exactly XYZ amount on the airdrop—it just doesn’t seem possible, or it feels unlikely. You know what I’m saying?

Orangie

Yeah. Maybe. I saw someone in your chat say the Solana trenches are cooked and that it’s probably going to be on Base. But, again, the mini-metas—one of those could become a longer-term meta. Pump.fun was a mini-meta when it first started, bro. You know, it could become something way bigger.

I’m going to mute my phone real quick because my mouth is—

Thread Guy

Do it really quick.

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

Finish what you were saying, though, about the mini-meta.

Orangie

Yeah, Pump.fun started out as a mini-meta. The whole Solana thing was a mini-meta there. There were just so many different mini-metas popping up all the time that it became a little bit of a permanent thing.

I don’t know if you remember, but we switched through so many metas. Back in March of last year, we started off with Raydium liquidity pools on Photon, then Pump.fun. There was the copy-trading Mr. Frog meta, and then the celebrity meta—you know, Andrew Tate, DADDY Tate, whatever, Iggy Azalea, MOTHER. Then it went into the super-dead August and September until Moo Deng spawned. We had a 100M runner, and then Trump won the election and there were tons of AI metas. You remember this. Obviously, you were trading, but it was just a bunch of mini-metas.

It just happened to all be on Solana because Solana had so many people. But we had a Tron meta. You remember Sundog and Justin Sun?

Thread Guy

Sundog was crazy.

Orangie

Remember that, bro? We’ve had so many different metas on different chains.

Thread Guy

Yeah.

Orangie

You remember Mr. Miggles on Base? There have been tons of runners, bro, and it’s going to continue being that way. There are always going to be different on-chain opportunities.

That’s why I want to keep making memecoin YouTube videos, because there’s always going to be a memecoin or an on-chain narrative to trade. Always, always, always.

Thread Guy

Do you think the Pump.fun airdrop happens before 2026?

Orangie

I want to say yes, but I don’t think so. I don’t think so.

Thread Guy

You don’t think so? See, this is—if I had to go on a prediction market right now and bet on it, I’d probably say no.

Orangie

I think you can bet on that.

Thread Guy

Yeah, I know. But I'm just saying—

Orangie

You should go bet on it, then.

Thread Guy

No, see, that's just gambling. That's also the thing about prediction markets. It's too gambly right now, you know?

Orangie

Fair.

Thread Guy

Is the Base stuff interesting? Are you trading Clanker and—

Orangie

No, I think Zora is very interesting. I want to do something on there. I think it's very, very interesting, and I do want to do something on there. It's just kind of hard to allocate time to all my other content.

But I think there's a ton of room for somebody to be the number one Base creator. I was looking the other day, and there's no one really on it, bro. I think it's very, very good.

Thread Guy

Why didn't you launch a streamer coin?

Orangie

Because I would still have to—I wouldn't have to, but I just didn't want to get a bunch of people [__] over.

Why didn't you do it?

Thread Guy

Well, damn. Why'd you throw that back at me so hard, bro?

Orangie

The same reason, you know? People are going to cry. It's just not worth it.

Thread Guy

Damn, bro.

Orangie

You weren't even—there was no reason to do it. You're not going to make that much doing it.

Thread Guy

Wow. Do you stream?

Orangie

I do, yeah.

Thread Guy

How often?

Orangie

Two times a week.

Thread Guy

Okay. Do you stream on Twitch?

Orangie

Yeah.

Thread Guy

Okay. I don't know. I guess I have to go in a couple of minutes. I'm going to ask one or two questions. I think at the end, but how do you grow as a crypto creator from here?

Orangie

How do I grow as a crypto creator?

Thread Guy

You, but also me and the rest.

Orangie

I mean, we're already pretty well known in the crypto world, so I don't think there's any more growing there because it's kind of capped. Anyone who comes into crypto from now on will always find Thread Guy and Orangie, most likely, right?

Thread Guy

I think you need to grow outside of it, and that's where it gets really hard. That just comes with collaborating with other creators and trying to be as much as you can in those different worlds. I'm always surprised you don't collaborate with any of these people. You know a lot of these FaZe guys, and Lacy and Ron. Bro, you have so much motion, and a lot of these younger audiences just want to see this motion.

Orangie

You know my take on it is that we did the celebrity thing once, hard. We tried really hard—I mean, we as in me, but I'm only referring to myself. You were there for some of it. I just realized that fighting the fight of onboarding people into crypto is kind of dark because—

Thread Guy

You don't have to onboard people into crypto. You just have to grow Thread Guy, and then the people will naturally become interested in it. You know Julian Petrou?

Orangie

Yeah, yeah.

Thread Guy

It's not like in all his videos he's talking about trying to onboard people to stocks, but the way he makes money is through stocks, so it naturally flows into his content. I have a vlog channel. I don't know if you know this. It's actually getting a lot of views right now. You can look it up.

Orangie

I see it on my TikTok a lot. I see your clips.

Thread Guy

Yeah, you can look up Orangie Unscripted. That's my vlog channel.

Orangie

It's not like in any of these videos I'm talking about what I do, but people are naturally going to get interested in what it is I do and want to learn more, you know?

Thread Guy

Well, you do have some motion. I like “This Week in the Life of an Indecisive 22-Year-Old Millionaire.”

Orangie

Yeah, I know. I don't—that's what you got to—how do your videos get views? But yeah—

Thread Guy

I actually think that's a good take because I think the mistake that I made was I came at it from the angle that we have a responsibility to bring these people in, and that's objectively incorrect.

I agree that there's a lot more I could do. Maybe I'm a little too walled up, and I'm a finance person. I love crypto, but I'm not that interested in some of the other stuff right now. I think it's like a pendulum, and it evolves a little bit.

But damn, you actually have motion on here. You're doing a really good job of getting some mainstream motion.

Orangie

I'm working on it, bro. I'm trying, man. I have to grow the Orangie brand, and I want to stay in crypto for the next few years for sure, as long as there are good opportunities here, bro. They're all going to get onboarded. Everyone will eventually use crypto.

Thread Guy

The GT3 is a rental.

Orangie

Is my GT3 a rental?

Thread Guy

Sure.

Orangie

Yeah. I've only had it for about 6 months, but yeah.

Thread Guy

Okay. Before I let you go, who is the most impressive person you've ever met?

Orangie

Let me think this one through so I don't say something bad. The most impressive person I've ever met—I don't have a good answer for you right now. I don't know.

Thread Guy

Copsy's in the chat. He says, “Me, me.”

Orangie

Yeah, no, I don't have a good answer. I've met a lot of really cool people. We'll leave that. Tristan Thompson's pretty cool. I've been a big NBA fan growing up, so that was pretty cool.

Thread Guy

Tristan Thompson actually is hella cool.

Orangie

Yeah, I guess we'll leave it at that one, bro.

Thread Guy

I said Tristan Thompson over Copsy while he's in the chat. It's crazy. Hey, you're the GOAT. Do you have anything you want to sign off with? Thanks for coming on, man. Do you have anything you want to leave the people with that you're excited about? Some optimistic posting?

Orangie

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I got you. Look, I know the timeline is super bearish right now. I can't even log off Twitter without people acting like we had a 70% crash in a single day.

I think there's not a lot of reason to panic. If you're really bullish on our industry as a whole, this is the place to be, man. You can meet so many amazing people here, and they're a lot closer to reach than you think they are.

It's the best place to be. I wouldn't let the bearish thoughts get to you. It's a long-term game. Hold Bitcoin, hold ETH. Hold some SOL if you want to, but hold Bitcoin. We're just getting started.

Thread Guy

What percentage of your portfolio—not cash, but your risk-on portfolio—is in Bitcoin?

Orangie

About 15%, but I need to get a lot more.

Thread Guy

Respect.

Orangie

But I have a lot of stocks, so—

Thread Guy

Yeah, fair.

Orangie

In my crypto portfolio, probably about 50% is in Bitcoin.

Thread Guy

Well, you have to kill the “just getting started” shit, bro. It's got to go.

Orangie

Hey, shout-out to you, man. Hopefully I see you while you're in L.A. Much love. Out.

Thread Guy

Yes, sir. Tyra.
